Regular Board Meetings: A regular board meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held quarterly without other notice than this constitution (Referencing the Constitution and By-Laws of the Ben Wheeler Fire Department), immediately after, and at the same place as, the Monthly Business Meetings of Members occurring in the Months of January, April, July and October. The board of Directors may provide, by resolution, the time and place, for the holding of additional regular meetings with notice of such resolution to all Directors.
